The dead one!
‘There’s one’ I say’,
We wait for the sheep to move out of the way, then as soon as they were gone we walked closer and closer. Then Stewart loaded the gun and gave it to Tom. he aimed the gun at the magpie and BANG!! He got it, but he only hit the wing so we keep a close eye on it as actually landed on the post next to the gate. then Blair got the gun and shot the bird, this time it hit it’s stomach but it was still alive and when it was lying on the ground suffering and my turn came, I aimed the gun at it’s head and BANG. It was dead!
